  • Polls open from noon - 9pm

  • Polls open from 6am - 9pm

     Polling Location Changes for the following Districts

  • Potter Voters will vote at the Potter Firehouse on Phelps Rd.  Privacy to vote and park.
  • Torrey Voters will vote at the Dresden Firehouse.  Privacy to vote and park.
  • Milo 2 & 3, 5 & 6.  Voting will take place in the Gymnasium at the Penn Yan Academy.  PLEASE enter via the Liberty St entrance.  Privacy to vote and park.  Feel free to park in the circle.

Key Responsibilities

The Board of Elections is a separate entity governed by the State of New York and funded through the County Government. The purpose of the board is to maintain current and accurate voter records, and to provide information and materials necessary for voters to exercise their right to vote and to run for elected office. It is the duty of the Commissioners to report the election results to the members of the news media and all other interested citizens.
